Legacy Bike #002 Delivery
On Friday Iain Nussey will be setting off from Carnforth to deliver a legacy bike (#002) dedicated to the memory of Lee Fancourt, who sadly took his own life last year, to the bike shop Slam69 in Gloucester.
The bike will remain at Slam69 as a display in order to spark conversations around this (still) taboo subject and to let people know they are not alone in feel down, it's ok not to be ok, and it's ok to ask for help.
We will be live tracking the delivery @
Legacy Bikes by Positive Cycles NW
Positive Cycles are a new charitable venture which aims to raise the profile of men’s mental health.
Building 1 LEGACY bike per month, with our dedicated team of volunteers, we aim to raise money to support our counselling service and mentoring.
Each LEGACY bike will be dedicated to the memory of somebody who has lost their life through suicide.
The bikes will be sponsored by local companies who can use it as way of generating conversations about mental health.
